Dr Stephen Monaghan

Dr Monaghan graduated in medicine from Queens University Belfast in 1998. He has had a lot of experience working in A+E including in New Zealand before training in General Practice and has been a GP principal in N. Ireland since 2005. He has interests in the provision of minor surgery, is a member of the ASPC (Association of Surgeons in Primary Care) and has recently been accredited as a vasectomy trainer.
Dr Monaghan trained extensively in minimally invasive vasectomy. Has performed over one thousand procedures and has been providing this operation within the NHS NI since 2015.
Stephen enjoys cycling, running, and music.
