Dr. Stephen Monaghan

MB, BAO, BCh Queens University Belfast 1998,DHM, MRCGP 2005

 

Dr. Monaghan graduated in medicine from Queens University Belfast in 1998. He had a lot of experience working in A+E including in New Zealand before training in General Practice. He has been a GP principal in N. Ireland since 2005. He has interests in the provision of minor surgery and is a member of the ASPC (Association of Surgeons in Primary Care). He has recently been accredited as a vasectomy trainer. 

 

Dr. Monaghan trained extensively in minimally invasive vasectomy in 2015 and has been providing this procedure within the NHS NI since then.

Stephen enjoys cycling, running, and music.
